Upper floor level 1
This flat accommodates 8 male adults. Ages of residents range from 30 to 50 years of age and generally caters for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
The group at present are of a high ability with good receptive expressive skills.
All service users benefit from access to a wide range of daytime activities appropriate to their individual level of need.
The staff ratio for this flat is 1 - 2 : 8 depending on service users individual activities programme. The night staff ratio for each unit is 1 waking and 1 sleep-in.
The flat has 8 single bedrooms, all having at least 10 square metres of usable space.
Service users share communal kitchen, 2 lounges, Dining room and have access to two bathrooms with toilets and a separate toilet. In addition the flat has an office /staff sleep-in room.
Lower floor Level 2
This flat accommodates eight adults both male and female. The age range tends to be from 25 to 60 years of age and caters for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities/mild challenging behaviours.
At present the group have good receptive expressive communication skills.
All service users benefit from access to a wide range of daytime activities appropriate to their individual level of need.
The staff ratio for this flat is 2 : 8 depending on service users individual activities programme. The night staff ratio for each unit is 1 waking and 1 sleep-in.
